If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and no longer take responsibility for them. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Please be understanding of this and willing to work with us on this. I try to only make 1 trip to the hub for drop offs a week since it is a 2.5 hour drive round trip. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship. Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. So there will have to be someone there to receive the package. If you choose to not pick the package up at the nearest hub, a signature will be required. We only ship out Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred and is required for shipping to happen when temperatures are over 85° on the receiving end. ALL of their guidelines must be met before shipping will happen to avoid cancelling the insurance we place on all packages. We use Ship Your Reptiles to ship all animals. Our shipping is a flat rate of $65 per animal.

The only time a cash refund of any type on a faulty payment plan will be made is if we do not have any other available animals at the time.ĭeposits are NOT refundable or transferable, no matter the circumstances.Īll prices are plus shipping unless stated other wise. If the new animal has a higher balance there is no option for a payment plan, the total must be paid for within that 2 week time frame. If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") you may transfer any extra payments towards the original animal to a new animal within a 2 week time frame.
Plans are NOT available on any total under $300.Īny total between $301-$400 you will have 30 days to pay the remaining balance off.Īnd total between $401-$1000 you will have 60 days to pay the remaining balance off.Īny total above $1001 you will have 90 days to pay the balance off, unless another agreement is made ahead of time.
